RSHA

Predefinição:Info/Agência do governo O Reichssicherheitshauptamt, (em português Gabinete Central de Segurança do Reich) abreviado como RSHA, era o órgão do Partido Nazista que controlava as polícias, segurança alemãs e administração das mesmas no período de 1939, quando foi criada, até 1945.

Dividido em sete "Ämter", ou seja gabinetes, era uma enorme organização, o que favoreceu a burocracia em detrimento de ações rápidas, e o que causou o seu fracasso.

Formação

Criada por Heinrich Himmler em 27 de setembro de 1939, através da unificação do Sicherheitsdienst, Gestapo e Kriminalpolizei. O RSHA era responsável pelas operações dos serviços de inteligência na Alemanha e no exterior.

Seu primeiro comandante foi o SS-Obergruppenführer Reinhard Heydrich, que continuou dirigindo até seu assassinato em 1942, seu sucessor, o SS-Obergruppenführer Ernst Kaltenbrunner manteve essa posição até o fim da guerra.
